For CFD or FEA based on finite volume method, what makes a good mesh？
It isn’t a good standard. But If the mesh make your happy, it’s a good mesh.
But the common criterion is aspect ratio, skewness, orthogonal and smoothness.
If you can guarantee the aspect ratio lest than 100, and skewness less than 8, orthogonal degree no more than 75 degree and smoothness not greater then 1.2, maybe I think this is a good mesh.

In practice, the different problem has different requirements, an appropriate mesh leads to right results.
RANS, LES, and DNS have different grid size requirements. Mesh generation should be trace to the problem itself.
